RAWALPINDI: Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) Director General (DG) Lt Gen Muhammad Afzal called on Afghan Ambassador H.E. Omer Zakhilwal in his office in Islamabad on Monday. FWO DG briefed the Afghan Ambassador about the overall progress and developmental work of Additional Carriageway Torkham-Jalalabad Project which is being constructed by FWO itself. He also discussed the issues related to security, visas issuance and miscellaneous elements hindering the project.
