RAWALPINDI: 215th Corps Commanders Conference was held at General Head Quarter Rawalpindi on Tuesday presided by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a press statement said that the forum reviewed geo-strategic environment and security situation of the country including progress of ongoing stability operations in the country.
The forum also discussed progress of ongoing operations, fencing along Pak-Afg border, situation along eastern border including Indian ceasefire violations deliberately targeting innocent citizens.
The corps commanders reiterated to continue their efforts for bringing enduring peace in the country while supporting all initiatives towards regional peace.
The forum also expressed its resolve for continued support to all state institutions for ensuring writ of the state and rule of law in which lies the peace, stability and prosperity of the country.
